At APOTHEKE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If a scent or product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns on all unused and original-condition items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original APOTHEKE packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, and include the provided packing slip.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
